A retreat for young adult (18+) pediatric cancer survivors. Program includes adventure activities during the day and targeted group teambuilding activities and workshops during the evening. The goal of the program is to give young adult pediatric cancer survivors the tools and support to successfully transition into adulthood and thrive.
