Application & Program Information
Camp Dates: February 24 - March 3, 2023
Application Process: The following steps must be completed before your child can officially be accepted as a participant for our Winter Games Program.

Click here to complete a waiver and medical consent form for your child as soon as possible

Photo of your child
If you are on chemotherapy, please send a recent CBC and ANC 4- 5 days prior to attending camp. Email this information to Dr. Larry McCleary at Elm481@gmail.com
